Ageratum microcephalum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Meksiko selatan hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Ageratum microcephalum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Botting Hemsley pada tahun 1881.
