Agrostis bourgaei merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Agrostis bourgaei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Eugène Pierre Nicolas Fournier pada tahun 1886.
