Agrostis hendersonii merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Oregon hingga California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan henderson's bentgrass. Nama ilmiah Agrostis hendersonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Albert Spear Hitchcock pada tahun 1930.
