Agrostis hooveri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan hoover's bentgrass. Nama ilmiah Agrostis hooveri diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jason Richard Swallen pada tahun 1949.
