Agrostis rossiae merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Wyoming. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan ross' bentgrass. Nama ilmiah Agrostis rossiae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Vasey pada tahun 1892.
