Aiouea tomentosa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Bahia, Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Aiouea tomentosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Daniel Friedrich Meissner pada tahun 2017.
