Albizia lucida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nepal hingga Indo-China. Nama ilmiah Albizia lucida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henri Antoine Jacques pada tahun 1844.
