Albuca watermeyeri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membetuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Albuca watermeyeri diperkenalkan oleh Harriet Margaret Louisa Bolus (née Kensit) pada tahun 2009.
