Alchemilla rutenbergii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Alchemilla rutenbergii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karl August Otto Hoffmann pada tahun 1882.
