Alkanna attilae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Türkiye barat daya (Antalya). Nama ilmiah Alkanna attilae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Hadland Davis pada tahun 1956.
