Allophyllum gilioides subsp. violaceum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Serikat barat daya hingga Meksiko (Baja California). Nama ilmiah Allophyllum gilioides subsp. violaceum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Amos Arthur Heller pada tahun 1993.
