Allophylus nigericus merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Sapindaceae (suku lerak-lerakan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nigeria selatan hingga Gabon. Nama ilmiah Allophylus nigericus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1919.
