Alloteropsis semialata subsp. eckloniana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tanzania, Afrika Selatan, Himalaya, hingga China selatan. Nama ilmiah Alloteropsis semialata subsp. eckloniana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Georg Christian Lehmann pada tahun 1983.
