Alocasia nicolsonii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Alocasia nicolsonii diperkenalkan oleh Alistair Hay pada tahun 1991.
