Aloe acutissima subsp. itampolensis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Madagaskar selatan. Nama ilmiah Aloe acutissima subsp. itampolensis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2008.
