Aloe africana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape selatan. Nama ilmiah Aloe africana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Philip Miller pada tahun 1768.
