Aloe alexandrei merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu atau semak dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Komoro (Grand Comore barat, Mayotte). Nama ilmiah Aloe alexandrei mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2006.
