Aloe alfredii merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar tengah. Nama ilmiah Aloe alfredii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Werner Rauh pada tahun 1990.
