Aloe ampefyana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar utara-tengah (sekitar Ampefy). Nama ilmiah Aloe ampefyana mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2007.
