Aloe anivoranoensis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar timur laut. Nama ilmiah Aloe anivoranoensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Werner Rauh pada tahun 1998.
