Aloe ballyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk pohon dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kenya tenggara hingga Tanzania timur laut. Nama ilmiah Aloe ballyi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gilbert Reynolds pada tahun 1953.
