Aloe boylei subsp. major merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Limpopo hingga Provinsi Cape timur. Nama ilmiah Aloe boylei subsp. major pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Olive Mary Hilliard pada tahun 1985.
