Aloe bullockii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Tanzania (Kahama). Nama ilmiah Aloe bullockii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Gilbert Reynolds pada tahun 1961.
