Aloe comptonii merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape selatan. Nama ilmiah Aloe comptonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gilbert Reynolds pada tahun 1950.
