Aloe cooperi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mozambique hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Aloe cooperi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1874.
