Aloe elkerriana merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Ethiopia (Bale Reg.). Nama ilmiah Aloe elkerriana pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2007.
