Aloe erythrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar tengah. Nama ilmiah Aloe erythrophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean Marie Bosser pada tahun 1968.
