Aloe friisii merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Ethiopia barat daya. Nama ilmiah Aloe friisii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sebsebe Demissew pada tahun 2000.
