Aloe gillettii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Somalia timur laut. Nama ilmiah Aloe gillettii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Susan Carter Holmes pada tahun 1994.
