Aloe harlana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Ethiopia timur. Nama ilmiah Aloe harlana diperkenalkan oleh Gilbert Reynolds pada tahun 1957.
