Aloe kamnelii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Western Cape. Nama ilmiah Aloe kamnelii pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2009.
