Aloe khamiesensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat. Nama ilmiah Aloe khamiesensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Neville Stuart Pillans pada tahun 1934.
