Aloe komatiensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mpumalanga timur hingga Mozambique selatan. Nama ilmiah Aloe komatiensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gilbert Reynolds pada tahun 1936.
