Aloe lensayuensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu atau semak dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Kenya utara. Nama ilmiah Aloe lensayuensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Jacob Lavranos pada tahun 1976.
