Aloe marlothii subsp. orientalis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mozambique hingga KwaZulu-Natal timur. Nama ilmiah Aloe marlothii subsp. orientalis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1987.
