Aloe microstigma adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Namibia hingga Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Aloe microstigma pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph zu Salm-Reifferscheidt-Dyck pada tahun 1849.
