Aloe monotropa merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Limpopo. Nama ilmiah Aloe monotropa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Inez Clare Verdoorn pada tahun 1961.
