Aloe monticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Ethiopia timur laut. Nama ilmiah Aloe monticola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gilbert Reynolds pada tahun 1957.
