Aloe mutabilis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu atau semak dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Limpopo. Nama ilmiah Aloe mutabilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Neville Stuart Pillans pada tahun 1933.
