Aloe nyeriensis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kenya tengah. Nama ilmiah Aloe nyeriensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Harold Basil Christian pada tahun 1952.
