Aloe ortholopha adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Zimbabwe (Mvurwi Range). Nama ilmiah Aloe ortholopha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold Basil Christian pada tahun 1933.
