Aloe parviflora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah KwaZulu-Natal selatan-tengah. Nama ilmiah Aloe parviflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1901.
