Aloe percrassa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun dan memiliki kebiasaan menempel pada pohon lain. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eritrea hingga Ethiopia timur laut. Nama ilmiah Aloe percrassa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Agostino Todaro pada tahun 1878.
