Aloe prinslooi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah KwaZulu-Natal tengah. Nama ilmiah Aloe prinslooi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Inez Clare Verdoorn pada tahun 1965.
