Aloe rupicola merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Angola (Bié). Nama ilmiah Aloe rupicola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gilbert Reynolds pada tahun 1960.
