Aloe thompsoniae merupakan tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Limpopo. Nama ilmiah Aloe thompsoniae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1936.
