Aloe ukambensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kenya tenggara. Nama ilmiah Aloe ukambensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gilbert Reynolds pada tahun 1955.
