Aloe vanbalenii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari KwaZulu-Natal hingga Eswatini. Nama ilmiah Aloe vanbalenii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Neville Stuart Pillans pada tahun 1934.
