Alsophila excelsior adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Cyatheaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Alsophila excelsior pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2019.
