Alsophila milnei merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Cyatheaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Kermadec (Pulau Raoul). Nama ilmiah Alsophila milnei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joseph Dalton Hooker pada tahun 1970.
